Damaged/Delayed/Lost Baggage
We handle all baggage with care to the final destination.
However under unpredictable cases of bad weather and facility malfunctions, there may be cases of baggage delay/damage or loss.

Upon arrival at the final destination airport please ensure that all baggage is received or checked for damage.
In cases of baggage delay/damage or loss, it must be reported in person to Spring Arilines Japan Representative immediately.
