Change/Cancellation and Refund Fees

・Children fare apply to the adult fare rules. There is no charge for infants’ changes/cancellation and refunds. However, changes/cancellation and refunds are not available after departure time.

Other Fees

※1 Please make the payment when change the information of the flight ticket. However, name change is not acceptable. In the case of Name Changing, requires purchasing a new ticket. Passport is required while making changes.

※2 Payment Fee will be charged while using credit card or convenience store.

※3 Bank transfer fee will be charged while making the payment transfer to the customer.
